Seeking: Growth Marketing Manager to be a part of the Magnetic Creative Growth Team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience conceptualizing and managing holistic marketing programs that drive revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager and team leader - at the end of the day it's your responsibility to ensure that projects are delivered on time and clients are stoked
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' brand, products, customers, industry, and competitors
- Lead a team of content creators and specialists to conceptualize and implement full-funnel marketing strategies that drive revenue for our clients
- Implement rapid experimentation programs to optimize campaign performance and drive growth
- Gain client alignment on program goals and KPIs
- Establish closed-loop analytics and reporting to understand how our growth marketing activity drives revenue, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, analytics)
- Present completed work to clients and manage the revision process as needed
- Contribute to thought leadership content on behalf of Magnetic in the form of written and/or video based content
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience (previous agency experience is a plus)
- Experience managing projects and working with a cross functional team
- Experience running paid campaigns across the major ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience implementing email/SMS automation to maximize cross-sells, up-sells, repeat purchases, and long term nurture.
- Experience implementing and managing robust CRMs (bonus points for HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A deep understanding of marketing, psychology, and advertising principles
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
- Understanding of copywriting and design best practices with a keen appreciation of the interplay between textual and visual elements
Bonus Points:
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and/or Klaviyo (or similar tools)
- Experience building and managing influencer programs
- Experience working with eCommerce and/or SaaS brands
